Welcome!

My name is Jacqueline Crocker and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level. Over time, I have found myself most connected with people who aren’t happy with their lives, longing for change of some kind but unsure where to begin.

I believe that nothing about you is “wrong” or random. The patterns you’ve developed (people pleasing, avoiding conflict, ect.) make sense in the context of your experiences. That moment - when you start to see yourself differently and realize you are not the problem - is where real change begins.

I also bring my own lived experience into how I show up as a therapist. I understand what it’s like to struggle with asking for what I need, setting boundaries, keeping quiet to avoid conflict, and to question your worth. I know how hard it can be to unlearn those patterns and start showing up differently. That perspective allows me to meet you with both empathy and honesty as we work through your process together.

If you’re ready to explore what is holding you back so you can make meaningful and lasting changes, I would be happy to support you on your journey.
