YES! I am in network with Horizon BCBS and other BCBS plans, Aetna, and Cigna. I also am a registered out of network provider with all other insurances. Whether you are in network or out of network, I only charge your copayment or coinsurance and I do all the billing. I can help you determine your in network or out of network benefits as well.
